Chapter 2: No Need for Mysteries and Answers

Here’s my next part of the Fan fic “The Saga of Marianna”, chapter one is “No Need For an Orphan”. If you have not read it, read it before you read this chapter ^-^

We sped on the Yagami. I was staring out the window thinking of the regular life I had before all this happened. Then I felt a warm hand on my shoulder. It was my grandfather. “Marianna I need to talk to you,” he said. I followed him into a room. “Now Marianna I’m telling you what I told Tenchi,” he said. I looked at him with questions. He looked at me as well. “Marianna has Ayeka ever told you about the legendary warrior Yosho?” he asked. I nodded. “Well I am the legendary warrior,” he said. I stared at him. “Yes I know somehow I’ve seemed to know, all my life,” I said. “Then you know what that means,” he said. I gasped. “So that means I am a Juraian princess?” I asked. “Yes your past is a mystery so I’ll tell you the secret. You see when I came to planet Earth I was followed by my loving cousin, Marenne and her husband, Nazaka. They lived with me and then she gave birth to a child, Yadaki. That was your father and he married your mother Marie Ann. Then after Yadaki was born they found refuge in the United States. That was where you and your mother were born. Your father agreed with your father’s father not to tell me about your past or powers, but your mother knew. He never told me not to tell you, so when your parents died I knew it was time to tell you and so I did,” he explained. At that point I was almost to tears. I could not believe it! I ran to my room and cried and fell asleep. Then in my dream I was facing a mirror, just like in my original dream. On the other side was a picture of me dressed in a outfit like Pretty Sammy’s. Then I began to cry. “No this is not me, get me out of here this is not me Help!” I cried. Then I saw Ayeka I ran up to her still dressed in my uniform and then I saw her fall. Then I began to cry and in my dream I said out loud something I had never thought I’d never say. “Princess I’m so sorry I could not save you here or in life it’s my fault I could not save you!” I cried. Then I was in a black dimension. I saw a ghost of Ayeka and began to cry then purple swirls swirled all around me. Then I cried and woke up. I gasped and gasped. I was scared and I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Ayeka and I clung to her. “Ayeka I saw it , in my dream you fell and I so sorry I could not protect and save you here or there!” I cried. Ayeka stared at me. “Marianna close your eyes,” Ayeka said, and I did as I was told. Then Ayeka used her Juraian powers to do something for I felt her inside my sprit. She gasped and took my hand running down the hall. “Yosho! Yosho come here NOW!” she cried. Then I saw my grandfather running toward me! Then the next thing I remember was waking up inside Washu’s lab. Ayeka was staring at me and Ryoko was looking at me everyone was. “My goodness who knew!” Ayeka said. I looked at them with questions. Then Yosho and Ayeka left the room. “Yosho you never told me..” she began. “Ayeka I knew, her grandmother was but I did not know it would pass to her,” Yosho explained. I looked at Washu. “Miss Washu why, what happened?” I asked. Washu touched my cheek. “Sometimes you know more things about your self than others know,” was all that she told me. Then I was allowed back on deck. Then suddenly I saw on the monitor a man in as black robe. I recognized him from my original dream! I looked at him. “I know you have Tenchi and you better let him go Now!” I said. The words just popped up in my head. Then the man stared at me. I steeped back. “Yes I have Tenchi now Yosho you will have to face me to get him back!” he said. Yosho hung his head in despair. I looked at him and I was frightened. “Kiyone take us to the old battle field behind the Jurai palace,” Yosho said. I tried to protest but he would not take no for an answer. So we sped to the Jurai battle field. Then I saw Tenchi he was in a green laser prison! “Tenchi!” I screamed! I ran to the prison. He smiled at me and told me not to worry. I was worried about grandfather. He was so old. I began to get angry, as they began to fight. Then Grandfather got really hurt! I screamed and ran to his side and screamed again as Tenchi was lifted up into the evil man’s ship. Grandfather looked at me. “Marianna take this Tenchi had one too, it is sword Marianna. The Tenchi sword’s sister sword I made two. Listen you are the only one who can save Tenchi,” he explained. I looked at the sword. Somewhere deep inside I knew the time was right to face my destiny. The next day I was preparing to go to the evil one’s palace. Then I saw Ryoko. “Are you going now Marianna?” I nodded. “You could die you know that?” Ryoko asked. “Yes,” I said. Then Ryoko put her body in front of mine blocking me from the entrance. “Marianna forget destiny can’t you?” Ryoko asked. I smiled and Ryoko smiled but then I nodded my head. Ryoko became angry. “I’m a space pirate and a powerful one I could just take you away right now if I wanted to you know,” she threatened. I stared at her. Then she closed in on me hugging and clinging me. I felt sorry for Ryoko. “Please don’t go I could not bare the thought of losing you do not go!” She cried on my shoulder. “I can’t, forsake destiny or Tenchi I can’t do that. You see this also my battle now,” I explained. Ryoko came up and wiped away a tear. “I know I’ll give you a lift I know the way there!” Ryoko said. I nodded. A few days later we boarded Ryo-Ohki. It was a tough ride there. Washu had brought Azaka and Kamidake back into being. So they went with Ryoko and I. We sped to the evil palace on Jurai. We got there and Ryoko blasted the guards. Azaka and Kamidake protected me. Finally we made it back to the palace. Ryoko did not go in but she wished me all the luck and we departed for the palace.
