So, what are the four frame comics? Well, in Japan they had Tenchi Muyo film comics (comic book versions of the anime episodes), and at the end of each volume were four-panel gags that would take an actual scene from the show, and then change it as a joke. For those of you who have heard the rumors that Ayeka is bald and her hair is actually a wig, this is where that joke comes from. Its important to keep in mind that these are just a JOKE, and not to be taken seriously. After all, if you seriously believe that Ayeka is bald, then youd also have to seriously believe the four frame comic where Tenchi and Sasami ate Ryo-Ohki! Yikes!
By the way, we made these English translations using the Chinese edition, not the original Japanese version. In other words, if you have read the Japanese version and you notice that the way we translated something seems off, then we apologize. One last note: In Japan and China, books are typically read from right to left, not the other way around. So if you see a panel that has more than one word balloon in it, READ THE ONE ON THE RIGHT FIRST, THEN THE ONE ON THE LEFT. It wont make sense otherwise. Okay, now enjoy! ^_^
